In the Hall County School District, each school undergoes an internal review process called the Georgia School Assessment on Performance Standards (GSAPS) Visit every five years.  As a part of this review, we elicit feedback from our parents and use it as a means to make improvements in our school.  You may access the surveys below.  We appreciate and value your feedback.

Attention Parent/Guardian of a Rising 7^th Grade Student: 

ALL students entering 7^th grade are required to have one dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccine and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine for individuals.

A CURRENT Georgia Immunization Form 3231 (3/2014) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL students entering 7^th GRADE as proof of these requirements.

Please be prepared on the first day of school to provide proof of immunization. Georgia law allows a 30 calendar day period to submit a current 3231. If a current 3231 Form is not received and on file at the school, your student will be withdrawn.

Please contact your health care provider or local health department if you are uncertain if your child needs these vaccines. Please do not delay. Call now and avoid the long lines of the summer rush.

Estimados padres de familia o tutores de los estudiantes que ingresan a 7.mo grado:

TODOS los estudiantes que ingresen al 7.º grado deben tener una dosis de la vacuna Tdap (tétanos, difteria, tos ferina) y una dosis de la vacuna meningocócica conjugada para individuos.

SE REQUIERE UN Formulario 3231 (3/2014) de inmunización de Georgia ACTUALIZADO PARA TODOS los estudiantes que ingresen al 7º GRADO como prueba de estos requisitos.
