Student Chromebook Rollout

EHMS will begin issuing Chromebooks to students this week.  Students will NOT be issued a Chromebook if their parent has not signed the “Student Device Agreement”.

Students will come to the Learning Commons with their ELA class on their grade level’s assigned date to be issued their Chromebook.

  • 6th ELA – Thursday, August 12
  • 7th ELA – Friday, August 13
  • 8th ELA – Monday, August 16

Parents must have signed the student’s “Student Device Agreement” through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal in order for the student to be issued a Chromebook.

If a parent is unable to e-sign, parents may print and sign a paper copy of the form from the following links.

***If the paper signed option is selected, the student must have the paper signed “Student Device Agreement” in hand as they come through the line to check on Chromebooks on the grade’s assigned date (6th grade – 8/12, 7th grade 8/13, 8th grade – 8/16). Students may give their paper signed agreement to their ELA teacher for safe-keeping, if complete prior to their grade’s assigned date.***

NOTE: If neither the parent has e-signed through the “Infinite Campus Parent Portal” OR a paper signed copy is complete, the student will NOT be issued a Chromebook on the assigned date and will not have access to a school-issued Chromebook.

Los estudiantes vendrán a la biblioteca con su clase de ELA en la fecha asignada a su grado para recibir un Chromebook.

  • 6 ELA – Jueves 12 de agosto
  • 7mo ELA – Viernes 13 de agosto
  • 8  ELA, lunes 16 de agosto

Los padres deben haber firmado el “Acuerdo de dispositivo del estudiante” en el Portal para padres en Infinite Campus para que el estudiante reciba un Chromebook.

Si el padre no puede firmar electrónicamente, los padres pueden imprimir y firmar una copia impresa del formulario desde los siguientes enlaces.

***Si selecciona la opción en papel firmado, el estudiante debe tener a mano el “Acuerdo de dispositivo del estudiante” firmado en papel a medida que pasan por la línea para recibir los Chromebooks en la fecha asignada del grado (6º grado – 8/12, 7º grado 13/8, octavo grado – 16/8). Los estudiantes pueden entregar su acuerdo firmado en papel a su maestro de ELA para que lo guarde en un lugar seguro, si está completo antes de la fecha asignada para la entrega. ***

NOTA: Si ninguno de los padres ha completado y firmado el formulario electrónicamente en el “Portal para padres en Infinite Campus” O si una copia impresa no está completa ni firmada, el estudiante NO recibirá un Chromebook en la fecha asignada y no tendrá acceso a un Chromebook de la escuela.

eSign Student Device Agreement Form

Help your child be ready for the first day of school. Sign the e-forms today!

All parents who wish for their student to use an EHMS technology device (chromebook) for school and/or home use, need to login to the ePortal Parent Campus account and digitally sign the “23-24SY Device Acceptable Use/Checkout Agreement”.  It is advisable that parents sign this form prior to open house and the first day of school, so that students will have a school issued device as soon as possible.

Below are directions for digitally signing the form.

PLEASE NOTE: You must sign into your Parent Campus eportal from a COMPUTER this school year in order to be able to access this document.  You may not see the document if you login via the Campus Parent Phone App.

If a parent logs into the Parent Campus eportal from a computer, goes to the “documents” section and does NOT see the “Student Device Agreement” form, please email cyndi.anicetti@hallco.org (our EHMS Data Clerk) to have this form added to your Parent Campus documents. Include in the email your student’s name/student ID#/grade and the name of the parent accessing through eportal.

While you are on parent portal, in addition to the device form please also go through and read/sign the other forms for 23-24 that are marked “Needs Attention”. 

Make sure to select the “23-24” School Year.

Ayude a su hijo a estar listo para el primer día de clases. ¡Firme los formularios electrónicos hoy!

Todos los padres que deseen que su estudiante use un dispositivo (laptop) de tecnología de EHMS para uso escolar y/o doméstico, deben iniciar sesión en ePortal Parent Campus account y firmarlo digitalmente el “Acuerdo del uso t aceptación del dispositivo 23-24SY”. Es recomendable que los padres firmen este formulario antes del día de Hopen House y el primer día de clases, para que a los estudiantes se les entreguen un dispositivo lo antes posible.

A continuación, se encuentran las instrucciones para firmar digitalmente el formulario.

TENGA EN CUENTA: debe iniciar sesión en su Parent Campus eportal  desde una COMPUTADORA este año escolar para poder acceder a este documento. Es posible que no vea el documento si inicia sesión a través de la aplicación Campus Parent Phone.

Mientras esté en el portal para padres, además del formulario del dispositivo, también revise y lea/firme los otros formularios para 23-24 que están marcados como “necesita atención”.

Asegúrese de seleccionar el año escolar “23-24”.
