Student Chromebook Rollout
EHMS will begin issuing Chromebooks to students this week. Students will NOT be issued a Chromebook if their parent has not signed the “Student Device Agreement”.
Students will come to the Learning Commons with their ELA class on their grade level’s assigned date to be issued their Chromebook.
- 6th ELA – Thursday, August 12
- 7th ELA – Friday, August 13
- 8th ELA – Monday, August 16
Parents must have signed the student’s “Student Device Agreement” through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal in order for the student to be issued a Chromebook.

If a parent is unable to e-sign, parents may print and sign a paper copy of the form from the following links.

***If the paper signed option is selected, the student must have the paper signed “Student Device Agreement” in hand as they come through the line to check on Chromebooks on the grade’s assigned date (6th grade – 8/12, 7th grade 8/13, 8th grade – 8/16). Students may give their paper signed agreement to their ELA teacher for safe-keeping, if complete prior to their grade’s assigned date.***
NOTE: If neither the parent has e-signed through the “Infinite Campus Parent Portal” OR a paper signed copy is complete, the student will NOT be issued a Chromebook on the assigned date and will not have access to a school-issued Chromebook.

***Si selecciona la opción en papel firmado, el estudiante debe tener a mano el “Acuerdo de dispositivo del estudiante” firmado en papel a medida que pasan por la línea para recibir los Chromebooks en la fecha asignada del grado (6º grado – 8/12, 7º grado 13/8, octavo grado – 16/8). NOTA: Si ninguno de los padres ha completado y firmado el formulario electrónicamente en el “Portal para padres en Infinite Campus” O si una copia impresa no está completa ni firmada, el estudiante NO recibirá un Chromebook en la fecha asignada y no tendrá acceso a un Chromebook de la escuela.
