Complete Student Registration and Sign the e-form documents today through Infinite Campus Parent Portal<\/strong>!<\/p>\n If a parent cannot access their Campus Parent Portal, please email maryS.nichols@hallco.org<\/a> (our EHMS Technology Support Assistant) for assistance. Include in the email your student’s full name, student ID number, student grade and the name of the parent accessing through eportal.<\/strong><\/p>\n All parents need to FIRST<\/strong> complete student registration “Annual Census Verification” via the Parent Portal before<\/strong> you can access portal and see\/sign the documents forms. *This is required to access Parent Portal for the 25-26 School Year*<\/strong> Online Student Registration via portal is required for ALL students (returning students included) and the form will be named \u201c25-26SY”. Select to update student\/household information” (see screenshot below). Once the census verification is completed, the parent\/guardian may need to refresh the browser in order to move on to the documents forms.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n It is advisable that parents complete the student Annual Census Verification registration<\/strong> AND sign the forms under documents PRIOR TO open house and\/or the first day of school<\/strong>, so that students will have a school issued device as soon as possible.<\/p>\n Completing an Annual Update Application via Parent Portal:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n While you are on parent portal, in addition to the device form please also go through and read\/sign the other forms for 25-26 SY that are marked “Needs Attention”.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Signing Forms via Parent Portal:<\/strong><\/p>\n If a parent logs into the Parent Campus eportal from a computer, goes to the “documents” section and does NOT see the the above forms, please email maryS.nichols@hallco.org<\/a> (our EHMS Technology Support Assistant) to have the forms added to your Parent Campus documents.
