{"id":6382,"date":"2023-05-08T18:44:24","date_gmt":"2023-05-08T18:44:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ehms.hallco.org\/web\/?p=6382"},"modified":"2023-07-11T15:40:25","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T15:40:25","slug":"rising-7th-grade-immunizations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ehms.hallco.org\/web\/rising-7th-grade-immunizations\/","title":{"rendered":"Rising 7th Grade Immunizations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Attention Parent\/Guardian of a Rising 7<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong> Grade Student:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ALL students entering 7<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0grade are required to have one dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccine and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine for individuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>A CURRENT <em>Georgia Immunization Form 3231 (3\/2014)<\/em><\/u><\/strong> IS REQUIRED FOR ALL students entering 7<sup>th<\/sup> GRADE as proof of these requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Please be prepared\u00a0<strong><u>on the first day of school<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0to provide proof of immunization. Georgia law allows a 30 calendar day period to submit a current 3231. If a current 3231 Form is not received and on file at the school, your student will be withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact your health care provider or local health department if you are uncertain if your child needs these vaccines. Please do not delay.
